The rise of this discipline is not a simple local correction of rules ethics, but the reinterpretation of moral life, a new measurement and presentation of moral philosophy of modern scholars by the aid of clas-sical resources. A theoretical elaboration of the background and path of the renaissance of the contemporary Western virtue ethics unifying history and logic can shed light on this important ethics phenomenon, and help us better understand the overall ideas and development trend of ethics.
