Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ischemic compression technique on myofascial pain syndrome (MPS) of neck and shoulder.Methods Sixty-seven outpatients with myofascial pain syndrome of neck and shoulder admitted to the department of rehabilitation and physical medicine of Hainan Branch of Chinese PLA General hospital from January 2014 to October 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group (n=34) and control group (n=33). Patients in treatment group were treated with ischemic compression, and patients in control group were treated with hot magnet, the course of treatment was 2 weeks. Visual analogue scale (VAS) and neck disability index (NDI) were used to evaluate the clinical effect of the two groups before and after treatment.Results No significant difference was found in age, gender and duration between two groups. There were significant differences in the score of VAS (t=20.11,P<0.05) and NDI (t=16.67,P<0.05) in treatment group before and after treatment. Significant difference was also found in the score of VAS (t=24.72,P<0.05) and NDI (t=18.11,P<0.05) in control group before and after treatment. The score of VAS (t=4.86,P<0.05) and NDI (t=4.59,P<0.05) between two groups had statistical significance after treatment. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of ischemic compression technique on myofascial pain syndrome of neck and shoulder is rather good.%目的 评价缺血性按压手法治疗颈肩部肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床疗效.方法 选择2014年1 - 10月解放军总医院海南分院康复理疗科门诊患者67例,随机分为治疗组(n=34)和对照组(n=33);治疗组使用肌筋膜缺血性按压手法治疗,对照组使用热磁治疗,疗程为2周;采用视觉模拟量表(visual analogous scale,VAS)和颈部残障指数量表(neck disability index,NDI)评价两组疗效.结果 两组患者年龄、性别、病程差异无统计学意义.治疗组治疗前后VAS组内评分(t=20.11, P<0.05)、NDI组内评分(t=16.67,P<0.05)以及对照组治疗前后VAS组内评分(t=24.72,P<0.05)、NDI组内评分(t=18.11, P<0.05)差异均有统计学意义,两组治疗后VAS组间评分(t=4.86,P<0.05)、NDI组间评分(t=4.59,P<0.05)差异亦有统计学意义.结论 肌筋膜缺血性按压手法对颈肩部肌筋膜疼痛有较好的治疗作用.
