[内容]在中亚现代化开启的转型过程中，尚存在许多问题：政治文化与政治体制的脱节，中亚国家尚未找到最适于推进现代化的政治制度；政治暴力成为政治现代化的伴生物，摧毁了社会存在的法制基础；伊斯兰文明似乎成为固守传统、拒斥现代化的坚硬的文化外壳，制约了中亚的现代化脚步；现代化进程与民族国家建设的进程同步，使得中亚既是前现代社会又具有现代特征。在中亚各国中，吉尔吉斯的现代化转型颇具代表性，该国发生的革命、族际冲突、政治谋杀等政治暴力都与现代化进程紧密相关。% In the process of starting transition of the Central Asia modernization, there exist many problems:there is a chasm between political culture and political system, the Central Asia countries have not found out a most suitable political system for carrying forward modernization, political violence becomes attendants of political modernization and destroys legal basis of the society, it seems that the Islamic culture stubbornly sticks to traditions and rejects modernization. The course of modernization keeps pace with the construction of ethnic nations and this makes Central Asia an ex-modern society with modern characteristics. Among the countries of Central Asia, Kirghizia’s modern transition is of representativeness. Revolution, conflicts between ethnic groups and political murder that took place in the country all have close relations with the course of modernization.
