Since entering the new century, the community governance takes the new community of the rural as the carriers in the rural community construction. It has important significance to promote the rural social governance transformation and to realize the mod⁃ernization of national governance system and governance capacity. But as a new thing, the rural community governance still exists many problems, such as the technological means of the governance is in need of innovation, the service object and content is not comprehen⁃sive enough. And there are difficulties to face with, lack of the guidance of legal norms of authority, governance mechanism need to be perfected, the social infrastructure is weak, and so on. To perfect the rural community governance, government should publish the law on the organization of urban and rural communities, promoting rural community governance towards the rule of law, guaranteeing the e⁃qual status of the multiple governance subjects, forming the multi⁃level, collaborative and inclusive rural community management sys⁃tem and mechanism. We should further the innovation of governance means of rural community in practice, promoting the informatiza⁃tion of the governance, expanding the service object and content to be more open and with liquidity, and cultivating kinds of social forces to participate in the governance of rural communities through multiple path.%进入21世纪以来，在农村社区建设中，以农村新社区为载体的社区化治理方式逐渐兴起，它对推动农村基层社会治理转型，实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化具有重要意义。但作为一个新生事物，农村社区化治理存在诸多突出问题，如治理的技术手段亟须创新，服务对象和内容不够全面等；其推进面临诸多困境，如缺乏权威的法律规范指引，治理的体制机制有待完善，治理的社会基础较为薄弱。完善农村社区化治理，需要国家出台城乡社区组织法，推动农村社区化治理走向法治化，保障多元治理主体的平等地位，形成多层次、协同性、包容性农村社区化治理体制机制。地方实践探索中要进一步创新农村社区化治理手段，推动农村社区化治理走向信息化；适应社会开放、流动的特征，拓展农村社区服务的对象和内容；通过多元路径培育各种社会力量参与农村社区化治理。
