社会转型期我国政商关系中存在的突出问题是官员权力寻租空间大、官僚作风重、民营企业家存在权力依附与权力俘获行为。传统的关系文化、陈旧的官本位思想以及制度改革的不彻底是导致政商关系中存在诸多问题的深层次原因。建构良性互动、规范合理的政商关系，需要借助制度化和法治化改革的力量，做好制度改革的“加法”与“减法”，拓宽民营企业家制度化参与渠道，搭建新型政商关系的法治框架。%China′s Politics-Business Relationship is facing some serious problems, such as the large space of seeking rent, heavy bureaucratic behaviors of government officials, and private entrepreneurs′ political power dependence and political power captures be⁃haviors. All these problems could be attributed to the traditional social relationship culture, outdated official-oriented thought, and the limitations of incomplete institutional reform. Therefore, by transforming government functions, advancing the"subtraction" and"addi⁃tion" of the reform for the administrative system, extending private entrepreneurs′ political participation channels, and deepening the reform of the judicial system, we can construct a healthy, normative, close and honest politics-business relationship.
