网络舆论中非理性情感的激活及控制

         

摘要

Network public Opinion was often full of non-rational feeling, and this feeling was caused by public sympathy. Public sympathy is a collective feeling that the news media trigger among the audience by reporting the facts of common interest and activating the common social experience. During the process, News media have a tendency to use the conflict frame and the image label to report abnormal events in a sensational way so as to affect the audience and activate the audience′s deep social memory and stimulate the psy⁃chological resonance. The psychological resonance is released through gossip so that passionate discourse will occupy the leading posi⁃tion in the network of public opinion, which dispels the declarative nature of discourse and the space of dialogue, resulting in the irra⁃tional color of the public opinion of network. Public sympathy is the core construction elements of the network public opinion, and it is also the basic driving force for the development of the network public opinion. To avoid the irrational consequences of network public o⁃pinion, we need to control the emotional sources, guide the news media to report objectively, and avoid the excessive release of social emotional energy caused by the stimulus.%网络舆论中经常充斥着非理性情感,它由公众同情产生。公众同情是新闻媒体通过报道受众共同感兴趣的事实、激活其共同社会体验而形成的集体性感情。在这个过程中,新闻媒体倾向于运用冲突框架和形象标签,以煽情方式报道反常事件来感染受众,同时激活受众的深层社会记忆而激发心理共鸣。这种心理共鸣的能量通过闲谈方式释放出来,使激情话语占据了网络舆论的主导地位,消解了话语的陈述性质和对话空间,导致网络舆论呈现非理性色彩。公众同情是网络舆论非理性色彩的核心建构要素,更是网络舆论发展的基本驱动力。若要规避网络舆论的非理性后果,需要控制好情绪源,引导新闻媒体客观报道事实,避免由其刺激引发的社会感情能量过度释放。
