工业反哺农业是我国进入工业化中期以后需要实施的一项经济发展战略，是我国实现农业持续健康发展和加快农业现代化进程的必然选择，工业欠账论、农业弱质性理论和农业多功能性理论等，为实施工业反哺农业战略提供了充分的理论依据。但是，工业反哺农业只是国民经济发展的短期目标，长期目标则是实现工农业协调发展，工业反哺农业是实现工农业协调发展的前提条件，应当及时实现由工业反哺农业向工农业协调发展战略转变，通过农业产业化、城市企业下乡和新型城镇化等途径促进工农业协调发展。%Industry-financed agriculture is an economic development strategy for China to be implemented after it entered the mid-industrialization, and it is the inevitable choice for our country to achieve sustained and healthy development of agriculture and accel-erate the process of agricultural modernization. The industrial debts theory, weakness of agriculture theory, agricultural multi-function-ality theory and so on, provide a sufficient theoretical basis for the implementation of industry-financed agriculture strategy. Industry-financed agriculture is only the short-term goals of the development of national economy. The long-term goal is to realize the coordina-ted development of industry and agriculture. Industry-financed agriculture is the premise condition to realize the coordinated develop-ment of the industry and agriculture. It shall timely to achieve coordinated development strategic shift by the industry-financed agricul-ture to industry and agriculture. Through the industrialization of agriculture, urban enterprises to farming in the countryside and the new urbanization and other ways, industry and agriculture will achieve the coordinated development.
