As a powerful new technology revolution,"Internet+" has been changing deeply the way of thinking, production, life-styles, and increasing the pressure of the transformation and upgrading of the industries in China. To promote the "Internet +",there are some key problems in ideas, infrastructure, policy environment, development ways in the central region. For the smooth progress of the "Internet +", the government needs to raise awareness, change idea, to create a good environment from the hard and soft two as-pects. In addition, the enterprise need to actively promote key chain with links of data online.%作为一次能量巨大的新技术革命，“互联网＋”推动思维方式、生产方式、生活方式全面变革，为产业转型升级提供了强大的技术手段，同时也加剧了新常态下中国产业转型升级的压力与紧迫性。目前，中部地区推进“互联网＋”在思想观念、基础设施、政策环境、发展思路等方面存在一些关键问题，需要政府提高认识、转变思路，从软硬两方面营造“互联网＋”顺利推进的良好环境；需要各行各业积极推进关键链条与环节的数据化、在线化，提高生产效率，提升产品品质，丰富产业业态，实现转型升级。
