Investigating Learners' Satisfaction Towards MOOC——An Empirical Study Based on Western Ethics History Course

         

摘要

This research aims to focus on investigating relationships between students' satisfaction and five variables including perceived quality of course,ease of using system,self-efficacy performance of learning tool and ability of using computer.The sample for the study was taken from School of Foreign Studies in Anhui Jianzhu university.Then,data analysis including factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis through SPSS 19.0 were used to test reliability,correlation and relationships between independent variables and dependent variable respectively.The results showed that perceived quality of course,ease of using system,and performance of equipment significantly positive impacted students' satisfaction towards MOOC,while ability of using computer negative impacted learners' satisfaction,besides,self- efficacy did not posit a significant impact on students' satisfaction.The academic and practical implications of this study are discussed.
