腺苷在小鼠脑组织中的分布

         

摘要

Objective-.To detect adenosine contents in brain homogenates for investigating the distribution of adenosine in the brain of mice. Methods; Eight male mice of Kunming strain were killed by decapitation under anesthesia by diethyl ether, and the brain tissues were quickly removed out and divided on ice into seven regions: cortex, striatum, hippocampus, hypothalamus, thalamus and midbrain. These brain tissues were homogenized and determined for: the adenosine content by HFLC with ultraviolet detector. Results: The adenosine level was the highest in striatum , cortex and hippocampus, moderately downward for hypothalamus and thalamus,and the lowest in midbrain of the mouse brain. Conclusion; A-denosine content is unevenly distributed in different cerebral regions of mice in which the striatum holds maximally.%目的:监测小鼠脑组织中的腺苷含量,探讨腺苷在各脑区中的分布.方法:雄性昆明种小鼠8只,在乙醚麻醉下断头处死,迅速取出脑组织并分离出皮层、海马、纹状体、丘脑、下丘脑、中脑等脑区.这些脑组织被制成匀浆,采用高效液相色谱-紫外( HPLC-UV)检测法检测其腺苷含量.结果:腺苷在小鼠纹状体、皮层及海马中含量较高,下丘脑和丘脑次之,中脑最低.结论:腺苷含量在小鼠各脑区中呈不均匀分布,其中纹状体内含量最高.
