选用10日龄黑白花奶牛犊牛20头,随机分为4个日粮处理组,进行为期30 d的饲养试验.每天于基础日粮中分别加入0、200、400、600mg的壳聚糖.试验结果表明,每天每头添加200 mg时犊牛血清IgG的质量浓度在第10日龄增加,在第20和第30日龄明显增加;当剂量增加到每头600 mg时,犊牛血清IgG质量浓度有降低趋势.随着添加剂量的增加,犊牛血清IgG质量浓度有降低的趋势,即添加壳聚糖剂量越大,犊牛血清IgG质量浓度越低.随添加剂量的增加,犊牛T淋巴细胞转化率有增加的趋势,而以每头每天添加600mg壳聚糖的T淋巴细胞转化率提高(29.6%)最为明显.%A total of 20 d-and 10d-old dairy calves were randomly allotted to four dietary treatments.The experiment period was 30 d. T lymphocyte proliferation rate, the contents of IgG in serum was measured in the day of 10, 20 and 30 after treatment. The results showed that chitosan promoted lymphocyte proliferation, and the best dosage was 600 mg. Chitosan increased significantly the serum levels of IgG (P＜0.05), and dosage was 200 mg and 400 mg; The addition of 600 mg chitosan to diets decreased significantly serum levels of IgG (P＜0.05).
