研究了武陵山片区恩施州涉农专利、商标、地理标志、农业生物遗传资源、传统知识、植物新品种等农业知识产权保护现状,分析了其存在的主要问题,并针对区域性贫困根源,从农业知识产权保护、智力资源开发等角度,讨论了智力精准扶贫策略与乡村振兴战略,提出了相应的建议.%This paper introduces the current situations of agricultural intellectual property rights ( agricultural patents, trade?marks, geographical indications, agricultural biological genetic resources, traditional knowledge, new plant varieties and so on) protection in Enshi prefecture in the Wuling Mountain area, analyzes the existent main problems, discusses the intellectual preci?sion poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategies of Enshi prefecture from the view points of agricultural intellectual property rights protection and intellectual resources exploitation based on the roots of regional poverty, and raises some correspond?ing suggestions.
