This paper introduces the naming, distribution, classification and structure of MADS-box transcription factors, summarizes the research progresses of MADS-box transcription factors in regulating the response of plants ( rice, maize, tomato, etc.) to abiotic stresses (drought, high salt, high temperature, low temperature, and so on) in recent years, and analyzes the phylogenetic tree of family members of MADS-box, hoping to provide references for the further identification of biological functions of MADS-box family transcription factors and the breeding of resistant plants.%介绍了MADS-box转录因子的命名、分布、分类及结构,概述了近年来MADS-box转录因子参与调控水稻、玉米和番茄等植物对非生物胁迫(干旱、高盐、高温、低温等)响应方面的研究进展,并对MADS-box的家族成员进行了系统进化树分析,以期为进一步鉴定MADS-box家族转录因子的生物学功能和抗性植株的培育提供参考.
