在分析当前农村水污染治理紧迫性的基础上，从价值理念、管理体制、资金保障和现实污染4个层面分析了农村水污染治理面临的困境，最后提出了统筹城乡污染治理、完善环境管理体制、积极引导市场参与及面向污染源头治理等对策建议。%Based on the analysis of the urgency of the current rural water pollution governance , this paper analyzes the dilem-ma of rural water pollution governance from four aspects of value idea , management system, capital guarantee and realistic pollu-tion.Finally, the author puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:planning urban and rural pollution control as a whole, improving the environmental management system , actively guiding the market participation, and controlling pollution sources.
