以江西省为例,采用文献资料法,探讨了耕地质量提升社会共同责任履行存在的问题,并从加强法制建设、完善政府共同责任推进机制、强化社会化扶持力度、调动农民积极性及营造社会公众参与氛围5个方面,提出了耕地质量提升社会共同责任履行对策,形成了"资源共享、责任共担"的良好氛围,为有效提升耕地质量、促进耕地资源可持续发展提供了重要支撑.%Taking Jiangxi province as an example, through adopting the method of document literature, this research discussed how to perform the social common responsibility in the process of promoting the cultivated land quality, and put forward the corresponding strategies from the following 5 aspects: strengthening the construction of legal system, improving the promoting mechanism of governmental common responsibility, strengthening the social support, arousing the enthusiasm of farmers, and creating the atmosphere of social public participation, which could help to form a nice atmosphere of sharing resource and jointly assuming responsibility.This paper can provide an important support for improving the cultivated land quality effectively and promoting the sustainable development of cultivated land resources.
