种茎环剥和移栽对木薯生长动态的影响

         

摘要

采用双因素(种茎环剥、移栽)田间试验,动态观测了华南205木薯地上、地下部的各项指标,分析了移栽和环剥对木薯生长的影响,结果表明:木薯苗期移栽处理的茎叶重、根重高于不移栽处理,环剥处理的环剥口根有所生长,导致总根数高于不环剥处理;在块根膨大初期,移栽种植的茎叶重依然有优势,移栽和环剥处理的总根数均比正常种植的有所增加.收获时移栽处理的株高、茎粗、种茎顶部和基部的块根数较不移栽处理均增加了,且总块根数增加了1.2条/株,但种茎基部的块根重和单薯重较不移栽处理显著降低.环剥比不环剥处理的种茎基部的块根数和块根重显著减少,但种茎顶部块根数和块根重显著增加.各处理间的鲜薯产量和淀粉产量差异不显著,移栽和环剥对部分指标有显著的交互作用.%A field trial with double factors (seed-stem girdling and transplanting) was carried out to study the dynamic changes in various growth indexes of aboveground part and belowground part of cassava variety South China 205(SC205).The results showed that: at the seedling stage of cassava, the weight of both above-ground part and root in the transplanting treatment was higher than that in the no transplanting treatment;the root number in the girdling treatment was higher than that in the no girdling treatment due to the growth of roots at the girdling ring.At the earlier stage of tuberous root enlargement, the weight of above-ground part in the transplanting treatment was still higher than that in the no transplanting treatment;the total root number was increased by both transplanting and girdling treatments.At harvest, the plant height, stem diameter, tuberous root number on the top and base of seed-stem were increased by the transplanting treatment, and the total tuberous root number was increased by 1.2 root/plant, but the weights of tuberous roots and single tuber on the base of seed-stem were significantly decreased by the transplanting treatment;the number and weight of tuberous roots on the base of seed-stem were significantly decreased by the girdling treatment, while those on the top of seed-stem were significantly increased by the girdling treatment.There were no significant differences in fresh tuber yield and starch yield among various treatments, and transplanting treatment and girdling treatment had a significant interaction effects on some growth indexes of cassava.
