Seven measurement indexes reflecting the developmental level of rural service industry were selected, and the developmental levels and regional differences of rural service industry in 13 prefecture-level cities of Jiangsu province during 2006~2014 were comprehensively and quantitatively evaluated by using the methods of time-series principal component analysis and spatial autocorrelation analysis.The results showed that the developmental level of rural service industry in Jiangsu province was rising year by year, but it was not high, its regional difference was evident, and its heterogeneity was existent.In order to realize the healthy development of rural service industry in Jiangsu, the writer put forward the following suggestions: realizing the coordinated development of different regions, and shrinking the regional disparity;strengthening the guidance on rural service industry, and increasing the income of farmers;improving the supporting facilities.%选取了7个反映农村服务业发展水平的测度指标,采用时间序列主成分分析和空间自相关分析方法,对2006~2014年江苏省13个地级市农村服务业发展水平和区域差异进行了综合定量评价.结果表明,江苏省的农村服务业发展水平一直在提升,但发展水平不高、区域差异性明显,且呈现异质性.为实现农村服务业健康发展,提出了实现区域协同发展、缩小区域差距;加强产业引导、增加农民收入以及改善配套设施等对策建议.
