南京市食物生产用地变化及其影响研究

         

摘要

This study analyzed the change of land base for food production in Nanjing during 2000 and 2013, explored driv-ing factors from the perspective of socio-economic dimension and policy dimension.Results indicated: (1) Land base for food production in Nanjing changed at various degrees during the study period, the loss of farmland accounted for about 25%of total farmland area in 2013, and there were significant spatial variations in cultivated land change, quantity of orchard and tea garden both increased continually, area of aquaculture water declined slight.( 2) The impact of farmland loss on grain production capabil-ity was significant, it was estimated that there were 637920 tons lost for grain production in 2013.The estimation showed or-chards, tea plantations and aquaculture waters resulting in fruit, tea production increased and aquatic products decreased.( 3) Factor analysis revealed socio-economic driving factors, which could be ascribed to economy development, population growth, improvement of agricultural technique and living standard.%对2000~2013年南京市食物生产用地数量变化及其影响进行分析,并从社会经济和政策制度角度探索其驱动因素。结果表明:(1)研究时段内南京市食物生产用地总量及各类食物生产用地均发生了不同程度的变化,耕地流失面积约占2013年末总量的25%,且变化的时空差异显著,果园和茶园总量平稳上升而养殖水域面积略有下降;(2)各类食物生产用地的增减对相应的食物生产产生了较为显著的影响,2000~2013年耕地面积的缩减造成2013年粮食减产约637.92×103 t,果园、茶园及养殖水域总量的增减分别导致水果、茶叶增产及水产品减产;(3)因子分析表明社会经济驱动力可归结为经济发展、人口增长、农业科技进步及居民生活水平提高。
