2012年6月1～3日,辽宁省气象局在辽宁部分地区实施了飞机、火箭联合增雨作业,此次人工增雨作业效果明显,有效地缓解了旱情,降低了森林火险等级.本文从需水情况、天气形势、降水预报、增雨潜力及作业条件、作业方案设计、实时指挥、增雨作业情况及效果等方面分析了这次人工增雨作业过程.%An aircraft and rocket joint artificial rainfall operation was carried out by Liaoning Meteorological Bureau in the partial areas of Liaoning from 1st to 3rd June, 2012. This operation achieved a very good effect, effectively alleviated the drought, and reduced forest fire danger rank. The artificial precipitation enhancement process was analyzed from the following aspects; water requirement situation, weather situation, precipitation forecast, precipitation enhancement potential, operating conditions, operating program design, real -time command, and status and effects of precipitation enhancement operation.
