粮食加工企业发展循环经济是节约农业资源、减少环境污染、拉伸农业产业链条的重要策略.本文运用博弈论知识,探索了企业实施循环经济的决策问题,并以河南金丹乳酸科技股份有限公司为实例,通过其实施循环经济的决策博弈、运行流程以及发展的成果,验证了循环经济的重要性,旨在为粮食加工企业实施循环经济提供参考.%Developing the circular economy in food processing enterprises is an important strategy to save agricultural resources, reduce environmental pollution, and stretch the agricultural industrial chain. This paper used the game theory to explore the decision problem of implementing the circular economy in food processing enterprises. Taking Jindan Lactic Acid Technology Stock limited Company of Henan Province as an example, the author validated the importance of the circular economy through the decision game,op-erational process and developmental results of implementing circular economy in this enterprise, which could provide countermeasures for the development of circular economy in food processing enterprises.
