上海地区黄曲条跳甲发生规律与防治研究

摘要

The population dynamics of Phyllotreta striolata in Shanghai area,8 insecticides' toxicities to P.striolata and filed control efficiencies were investigated through monitoring by yellow sticky cards and indoor and field tests.The results showed that the peak seasons of P.striolata occurrence in Shanghai area were spring and autumn,and especially in spring the maximum could be up to 33.14 heads/d on a yellow sticky card in greenhouses.The descending order of insecticide toxicity to P.striolata was 10％ chlorfenapyr ＞ 20％ dinotefuran ＞10％ cyantraniliprole ＞ 20％ acetamiprid ＞ 25％ thiamethoxam ＞ 22％ flonicamid ＞ 22％ sulfoxaflor ＞ 48％ clothianidin.The field control tests indicated that 20％ dinotefuran (200 mg/L),10％ cyantraniliprole(50 mg/L)and 10％ chlorfenapyr(100 mg/L)had the best control effect in fast-acting property and persistence,and their filed control efficiencies were respectively 94.81％,95.50％ and 90.94％ at 7 days after application.The high-efficiency,low-toxicity and low-residue insecticides selected by this investigation could be applied alternatively,offering a technical guidance for field control of P.striolata.%通过黄板监测、室内生测和田间试验,研究了上海地区黄曲条跳甲的发生规律以及8种药剂对该虫的毒力大小及田间防治效果.结果表明:上海地区黄曲条跳甲春秋两季是发生高峰,春季发生量最大,设施栽培条件下最高可达33.14头/(d·板).8种药剂对黄曲条跳甲的室内毒力由高到底依次为:10％虫螨腈＞20％呋虫胺＞10％溴氰虫酰胺＞20％啶虫脒＞25％噻虫嗪＞22％氟啶虫酰胺＞22％氟啶虫胺腈＞48％噻虫胺.田间防治试验结果显示,综合考虑药剂的速效性和持效性,20％呋虫胺200 mg/L、10％溴氰虫酰胺50 mg/L和10％虫螨腈100 mg/L田间防效最好,药后7d田间防效分别为94.81％、95.50％和90.94％.本研究筛选出的高效、低毒、低残留的防治药剂可轮换使用,为田间防治黄曲条跳甲提供了技术指导.
