丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)是脂质过氧化、饲料油脂酸败等的产物.它不仅是氧化应激的生物标志物,同时也具有一定的毒副作用.为进一步探索MDA的毒性作用机制以及对畜禽生产性能的影响,就MDA的理化性质、来源、代谢转化、毒性作用及检测方法的研究进展作一综述.%Malondialdehyde (MDA)is an end-product of lipid peroxidation and oxidative rancidity of oil in feed.It is not only a biomarker of oxidative stress,but is characteristic of biology toxicity.In order to explore the effect of MDA on human health and livestock production,this review provides a brief overview about the latest advances of source,formation,metabolism,toxicity and detection method of MDA.
