Pot-culture experiments of Hemerocallis hybridus cv.'Stella de oro'were carried out under different pesticide treatments.The results showed that the pesticide treatments significantly decreased the photosynthetic rate of'Stella de oro'within 1-3 days,but their effect on the photosynthesis declined with time.The treatment with 10% difenoconazole at 1 000 mg/kg significantly decreased the chlorophyll a content of 'Stella de oro'at 11 days after the treatment,while the treatment with difenoconazole at 1 200 mg/kg significantly increased the chlorophyll b of'Stella de oro'at 3 and 7 days after the treatment,being respectively 98.95% and 104.08% higher than the control.The suspending agent of dithianon could significantly improve the chlorophyll a/b of'Stella de oro',increasing respectively by 41.23% and 55.25% over the control.Difenoconazole at 800 mg/kg could significantly inhibit the soluble sugar synthesis of'Stella de oro'at 12 days after treatment.Mancozeb or dithianon at 600 mg/kg could significantly improve the soluble sugar content of 'Stella de oro'.%为研究农药对萱草光合作用等生理特性的影响,进行了盆栽试验.结果表明:农药处理后短期内(药后1d、3d)能够显著降低萱草叶片的光合作用速率;随时间延长,农药对光合作用影响下降.药后11d,10%苯醚甲环唑1 000 mg/kg显著降低了萱草叶绿素a含量,而1 200 mg/kg苯醚甲环唑药后3d、7d显著增加了叶绿素b的含量,分别比对照增加98.95%、104.08%.二氰蒽醌悬浮剂能显著促进萱草叶绿素a与叶绿素b含量上升,分别比对照增加41.23%、55.25%.药后12 d,800 mg/kg苯醚甲环唑显著抑制萱草体内可溶性糖合成.600 mg/kg代森锰锌与二氰蒽醌悬浮剂能显著增加萱草可溶性糖含量.
