江西浮梁茶园土壤硒与茶叶硒富集能力的研究

         

摘要

The soil and tea samples of 4 representative tea garden were collected and detected in Fuliang, Jiangxi Province.The correlation of selenium content in tea garden soil and tea was analyzed and the influence of soil physicochemical factors on tea selenium enrichment capacity was explored.The results showed that:(1)The tea garden soil Se(full Se)content was positively related with tea Se(full Se)content,when the Se content in soil ranged form 0.4 to 0.5 mg/kg,the tea enrichment ability of Se would be stronger;(2)Soil pH value was posi-tively correlated with the tea enrichment ability of Se,R2 =0.6189;(3)Soil organic matter was positively correla-ted with the tea enrichment ability of Se,R2 =0.6018;(4)TN,available-P,available-K content in soil were posi-tively correlated with the tea enrichment ability of Se,R2 =0.8551,0.9014,0.9721.%通过对江西省浮梁县茶区4个具有代表性的茶园进行土壤和茶叶样品的采集与检测,分析茶园土壤硒含量与茶叶硒含量的相关性,探讨土壤主要理化因子对茶叶硒富集能力的影响。结果表明:(1)浮梁土壤硒与茶叶硒含量呈正相关,土壤硒在0.4—0.5 mg/kg 时,茶叶对硒的富集能力较强;(2)茶园土壤 pH 与茶叶硒富集能力呈正相关性,相关系数 R2=0.6189;(3)茶园土壤有机质与茶叶硒富集能力呈正相关,R2=0.6018;(4)茶园土壤全 N、速效 P、速效 K 与茶叶硒富集能力呈高度正相关,相关系数 R2分别为0.8551、0.9014、0.9721。
