江苏丰县地区丰县'富士'苹果生产园叶片矿质营养元素适宜值的研究

         

摘要

通过对江苏丰县地区"富士"苹果果实品质与叶片矿质元素的关系分析,筛选出叶片矿质元素的适宜含量,为江苏黄河故道高效优质苹果园建设、叶片营养分析和施肥提供理论依据.研究以"富士"苹果为材料,测定了叶片中9种矿质元素含量及果实7种品质指标,同时,应用相关分析与主成分分析,研究了江苏丰县地区"富士"苹果叶片矿质元素和果实品质的关系.结果表明:前4个主成分累计贡献率达到了85.12%,其中第一个主成分主要是硬度、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、维生素C的信息;第二个主成分主要是单果重、果形指数、可滴定酸的信息;第三个主成分主要是可滴定酸、维生素C的信息;第四个主成分主要是单果重和维生素C的信息.单果重、可滴定酸和维生素C是果实品质评价的重要指标,并获得了江苏丰县地区"富士"苹果园叶片矿质元素含量适宜值,分别为:N(14.93~17.74 g/kg)、P(0.77~1.02 g/kg)、K(10.29~13.43 g/kg)、Ca(12.45~17.88 g/kg)、Mg(2.52~4.00 g/kg)、Fe(274.15~493.68 mg/kg)、Mn(40.82~98.85 mg/kg)、Cu(85.36~354.26 mg/kg)、Zn (39.55~83.76 mg/kg).%To establish a suitable method for the quality evaluation of 'Fuji' apple in Jiangsu Fengxian County area,and obtain the optimum content of leaf mineral elements in this area,a theoretical basis was pro-vided for leaf nutrition analysis,fertilization and construction of high quality apple orchard in the old course of the Yellow River in Jiangsu Province.In this experiment,the content of 9 mineral elements in leaves and 7 quality characteristics in fruits were analyzed.At the same time,the relationship between 'Fuji' leaf mineral elements and fruit quality of'Fuji' apple in Jiangsu Fengxian County area was explored by correlation analysis and principal component analysis.The results showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first 4 princi-pal components reached 85.12%.The first principal component mainly reflected the hardness,soluble solids, and soluble sugar;the second principal component reflected the single fruit weight,fruit shape index,and titrat-able acid information;the third principal component mainly reflected the titratable acid,soluble sugar,and Vc information.The fourth principal component mainly reflected the fruit weight and fruit shape index information. The single fruit weight,titratable acid and Vc were very important in the quality evaluation of 'Fuji' apple, and the suitable values of mineral elements in the leaves of'Fuji' apple in Jiangsu were obtained:N(14.93-17.74 g/kg),P(0.77-1.02 g/kg),K(10.29-13.43 g/kg),Ca(12.45-17.88 g/kg),Mg(2.52-4.00 g/kg), Fe(274.15-493.68 mg/kg),Mn(40.82-98.85 mg/kg),Cu(85.36-354.26 mg/kg),Zn(39.55-83.76 mg/kg).
