IBA 和NAA 对2种醉鱼草扦插生根的影响

         

摘要

In order to improve the cutting propagation efficiency of Buddleja davidii and Buddleja lindley-ana,2 kinds of 1-year-old half lignified branches of B. davidii and B. lindleyana as the cutting materials,were used to study the effects of low concentration IBA and NAA treatments on rooting of cuttings.The result showed that B. davidii and B.lindleyana treated with different low concentrations of IBA and NAA moved up,the roo-ting dates of the adventitious roots;in comparison the rooting effect of IBA treatment was better than that of NAA treatment;two plants of Buddleja cuttings treated with different concentrations of IBA and NAA had ex-tremely different rooting performances(P<0.01);the optimum concentration of IBA to treat B. davidii cuttings was 200 mg/L,the rooting effect index was 19.85 at the optimum,the optimum concentration of IBA to treat B. lindleyana cuttings was 150 mg/L,the rooting effect index was 6.4 at the optimum.%为提高大叶醉鱼草和醉鱼草的扦插繁殖效率,以这2种醉鱼草的1年生半木质化枝条为扦插材料,研究了低浓度下的IBA和NAA处理对其扦插生根的影响.结果表明:醉鱼草和大叶醉鱼草在不同低浓度IBA与NAA的处理下,均能缩短不定根产生日期;不同激素种类及浓度处理下,大叶醉鱼草的扦插生根效果指数均优于醉鱼草;对比IBA和NAA的处理效果发现,IBA处理的这2种醉鱼草生根效果优于NAA处理;不同浓度的IBA和NAA对这2种醉鱼草扦插生根的影响均存在极显著差异(P<0.01);IBA 200 mg/L为大叶醉鱼草扦插生根的最优浓度,生根效果指数最佳达19.85,IBA 150 mg/L为醉鱼草扦插生根的最优浓度,生根效果指数最佳为6.4.
