2012—2014年江西省蔬菜中重金属污染r及农药残留监测分析

         

摘要

To understand the law of heavy metal pollution and pesticide residuelevel in vegetables in Jian-gxi Province and detect the security risk in vegetables,so as to provide reference for scientific prevention and control.One each county was selected from 11 cities of Jiangxi Province as the monitoring point for sampling, according to the local population distribution and vegetable production.Lead and cadmium were the main heavy pollution metals in vegetables, which exceeded the standard by 3. 6% in Jiangxi Province in the period of 2012—2014.The pollution of lead and cadmium increased year by year during the period of 2012—2014,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lead pollution was the most serious in wild vegetables,the most serious pollution of cadmium was in sdanaceae,and the difference in lead and cadmium in different kinds of vegetables was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total detection rate of pesticide residues in vegetables in Jiangxi Province was 42.3%,the exceeding the standard by1.2%,and 16 kinds of pesticides were detected in different degrees,cypermemrin had the highest detection rate. Comprehensive management of environmental pollution should be energized,a system of rapid traceability of pesticides should be estabished,the monitoring frequency of pesticides and heavy metals in vegetables should be raised, the focus should be on the risk of highly toxic pesticide residues in vegetables.%了解江西省蔬菜中重金属污染情况及农药残留水平的规律,及时发现蔬菜类食品中的安全隐患,为科学防控提供参考.在江西省11个设区市根据人口分布、蔬菜生产种植情况各抽取1个区(县)作为监测点进行采样,检测重金属及农药污染情况.2012—2014年江西省蔬菜中重金属污染总超标率3.6%,以铅、镉的污染为主,总砷、总汞未超标,但2012—2014年铅、镉污染有逐年增高现象,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05).铅污染最严重的为甘蓝类蔬菜,镉污染最严重的为茄果类蔬菜,不同种类蔬菜的铅、镉超标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2012—2014年江西省蔬菜中农药残留总检出率为42.3%,超标率为1.2%,16种农药有不同程度的检出,检出率最高的为氯氰菊酯.加强对环境污染的综合治理,建立完善农药快速溯源制度,加强蔬菜中农药及重金属监测的频率,重点防患蔬菜中高毒农药残留风险.
