计划烧除对土壤微生物数量的影响研究

         

摘要

Three standard plots which are mixed coniferous and broad-leaved forest in Meiling National Forest Park were sleeted, prescribed burning was conducted every two months. Three burning times were set, which were 10 min,30 min,60 min and the CK. According to the sampling and analysis, the number of microorganism varied with duration of burning and times. Fire was lethal to the microorganism. It was found that the number of microorganism decreased most and recovered slowest when burned for an hour; the number of microorganism decreased least and recovered fastest when burned for 10 min; followed by tht for 30 min.%在梅岭国家森林公园外围选取3块标准样地,样地为针阔混交林,按时间间隔2个月进行1次计划烧除,每次燃烧时间设为10 min、30 min、60 min和CK 4个处理,最后一次烧除完毕后进行统一土壤取样和室内试验分析,发现不同时间隔和不同火烧持续时间的迹地上微生物数量变化差异很大:火烧对土壤微生物有致死作用,火烧持续时间60 min迹地上微生物数量下降最多,恢复最慢;火烧持续时间10 min迹地上微生物数量下降最少,恢复最快,且超过烧前水平;火烧持续时间30 min居中.
