不同水稻材料籽粒灌浆特性的分析

         

摘要

The Richards equation was used to describe grain fillingprocesses of 8 genotypes including new plant types(NPTs). All except inferior fitted well with high determination coefficient. Analyses of parameters revealed grain-filling characteristics of the materials. They had different grain size, grain filing rate and gap between superior and inferior grain positions. The NPTs and IR72 initiated their grain-filling for superior and inferior gains at same time, they were so called typical synchronous type. Some indica and indica hybrids were asynchronous ones. Others were intermediate. Early, middle and late three stage of grain filling contributed about 13%, 60%, 27% of the final dry weight respectively, and there were little variant among grain positions and genotypes. However, the time needs for three stages were variant for grain positions and among genotypes.%新株型等8个不同水稻材料的籽粒灌浆过程以Richards方程进行了拟合。对各材料的灌浆特征参数及速率曲线的分析表明,新株型材料和IR72是典型的强、弱势粒同步灌浆型,一些籼稻和籼杂材料为典型的异步灌浆型,另有一些材料为中间型。灌浆过程的早、中、晚三期对总灌浆物质的贡献分别约占13%、60%、27%,但所需的时间在强、弱势粒和材料间有较大差异。
