本实验以V型细胞质雄性不育小麦幼穗为材料，用蔗糖衬垫法和两相法成功地分离纯化了小麦幼穗线粒体，并用SDS-PAGE电泳方法结合高灵敏度的银染技术对其线粒体蛋白质进行了比较分析，发现雄性不育系与相应保持系之间有明显差异，不育系(V1A和V2A)均缺少一个分子量为14 kD的蛋白质。线粒体与V型细胞质雄性不育的产生可能存在着某种特定的关系。%Two CMS-V lines of wheat(with the cytoplasm of Ae. ventricosa), V1A and V2A were used in this investigation. The mitochondria was prepared and purified successfully from wheat young ears via sucrose cushion and two-phase method. Differences of mitochondria polypeptides have been found between male sterile and maintainer lines using silver-stained PAGE. A 14kD polypeptide existed in maintainer lines V1B and V2B, and not in V1A and V2A.
