从小肠缺血预处理对急性心梗大鼠 SOD、MDA的影响探讨“心合小肠”

         

摘要

目的:本实验旨在通过动物实验观察小肠缺血预处理对急性心梗大鼠心肌梗死时抗氧化系统的影响,从而探索中医理论“心合小肠相表里”。方法:选用体质量在160~250 g之间的健康雄性SD大鼠120只随机分为5组,分别为小肠缺血预适应2分钟组(A组),小肠缺血预适应5分钟组(B组),小肠缺血预适应10分钟组(C组),小肠假手术+心梗手术组(D组),直接心梗手术组(E组)。采用手术的方法进行小肠缺血预适应并用冠状动脉结扎法制造心梗模型。造模成功后,取血检测CK-MB、SOD、MDA指标。结果:D组CK-MB含量与E组比较差别无显著意义( P>0.05);A、B、C组CK-MB含量明显较D、E组低(P<0.05);C组中CK-MB含量明显低于A组(P<0.05)。 A、B、C组SOD水平与D、E组相比也有显著性差异(P<0.01);A组与C组有差异(P<0.05);B、C组组间无显著性差异。MDA含量均增高,其中以D、E组MDA含量增高最为显著,与其它组相比差异极为显著( P<0.01)。结论:小肠缺血预处理可以减少急性心梗时氧自由基的产生,增强机体对氧自由基的清除能力,从而起到保护心肌细胞的作用。%Objective:This study was designed to observe the small intestine through animal experiments of ischemic pre-conditioning on antioxidant system in rats with acute myocardial infarction.Chinese medicine theory “heart connected with the small intestine” provides evidence of modern medicine.Methods:120 healthy male SD rats with 160~250g were randomly divided into five groups, namely intestinal ischemia preconditioning 2 minutes group, intestinal ischemia preconditioning 5 minutes group, intestinal ischemia preconditioning 10 minutes group, intestinal surgery, sham plus MI group, the direct MI-operated group.Surgical approach was to the small intestine by using preconditioning and myocar-dial infarction with coronary artery ligation models of manufacturing.After the success of modeling CK-MB,SOD,MDA were tested.Results:The CK-MB of the intestinal sham operation and myocardial infarction group had no significant difference compared with the myocardial infarction group ( P>0 .05 ) .The CK-MB of the intestinal ischemia precondi-tioning 2 minutes group, the intestinal ischemia preconditioning 5 minutes group and the intestinal ischemia precondi-tioning 10 minutes group were lower than that of intestinal sham operation and myocardial infarction group and myocardi-al infarction group( P<0.05) .The CK-MB of the intestinal ischemia preconditioning 10 minutes group was lower than that of the intestinal ischemia preconditioning 2 minutes group( P<0.05).The SOD, MDA of the intestinal ischemia preconditioning 2 minutes group, the intestinal ischemia preconditioning 5 minutes group and the intestinal ischemia pre-conditioning 10 minutes group were lower than those of intestinal sham operation and myocardial infarction group and my-ocardial infarction group(P<0.01).The SOD of the intestinal ischemia preconditioning 10 minutes group was lower than that of the intestinal ischemia preconditioning 2 minutes group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intestinal ischemic precon-ditioning against oxygen free radicals may be through the biofilm on the damage of myocardial cells, which has a protec-tive effect on myocardial cells.
