根据JJF 1059《测量不确定度评定与表示》的规定,结合流量积算仪标准装置,以天然气计量中涡轮流量计使用的Daniel S600+流量积算仪为实例,采用GUM方法对标准装置进行了不确定度分析评定.该标准装置的扩展不确定度为0.14％,按照量值溯源要求,可以对准确度等级不优于0.5级的流量积算仪开展检定/校准工作.%According to the JJF 1059《 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement》,and combining with flow totalizer standard facility,with Daniel S600 + flow totalizer for turbine flowmeter in natural gas metrology as an example,the uncertainty analysis of standard equipment was made with GUM.According to the traceability requirements,the meters whose uncertainty is no better than 0.14％ can be calibrated by GUM.In accordance with the traceability requirements,it can verificate/calibrate the flow totalizer which is no better than level 0.5.
