基于希尔伯特变换的科氏质量流量计信号处理方法研究与实现

         

摘要

A set of digital signal processing algorithm is designed,which is composed of adaptive lattice filter and Hilbert transform algorithm according to the signal features of Coriolis mass flow sensors.The end effect of Hilbert transform is effectively suppressed by adding window function,and the measurement accuracy is improved.The whole algorithm is implemented in real time on a Coriolis mass flowmeter transmitter developed with TMS320F28335 chip.System tests and water flow calibrations are performed.The maximum relative error is smaller than ± 0.1% with the range-ratio up to 10 ∶ 1.Experiments results show that the whole algorithm is feasible and effective.%针对科氏质量流量传感器信号的特点,将格型自适应滤波与希尔伯特变换算法相结合,设计了一种科氏质量流量计信号处理方法.采用加窗函数的方法有效地抑制希尔伯特变换存在的端点效应,提高测量精度.在以TMS320F28335DSP为核心的科氏质量流量变送器系统上实时实现整套算法,并进行电信号测试与水流量标定实验,在量程比为10∶1的范围内,测量准确度为0.1级,测试结果表明整套算法是可行有效的.
