Eimeria spp.are intracellular protozoa parasitize in many animal species.By virtue of fluorescent protein reporters and drug-resistant gene, great advances have been made in the transgenic research of Eimeria spp.The transgenic parasites are useful for the biological, immunological and genetic studies of Eimeria spp.This review focuses on the recent research progress, the techniques employed for transgenic manipulation and identification, and also the potential application of the transgenic eimerian parasites.%艾美耳属Eimeria球虫是寄生于多种动物的一类细胞内寄生原虫。近年来随着荧光报告基因及药物筛选基因的应用，艾美耳属球虫的转基因研究取得了较为可喜的突破。转基因艾美耳球虫为球虫生物学、免疫学和遗传学研究提供了很好的研究材料。本文将对艾美耳球虫转基因研究取得的突破、所使用的转基因及鉴定技术，以及转基因球虫的潜在应用作一综述。
