为了探讨不同剂量吡喹酮对脑囊虫病的疗效,将确诊为脑囊虫病者分为2组,第1组吡喹酮剂量为每疗程总量310 mg/kg,分7 d、每日3次口服,共5个疗程,每疗程间歇3个月;第2组吡喹酮剂量为每疗程总量180 mg·kg-1,疗程相同.以临床症状、影像学及免疫学指标作为疗效评价.结果显示,第1组治愈40例,治愈率47.1%,显效43例,显效率50.6%,有效率97.6%;第2组治愈9例,治愈率25.7%,显效20例,显效率57.1%,有效率82.8%,两组的治愈率和有效率均达显著水平(P<0.05).说明应用口服大剂量吡喹酮、多疗程、间歇治疗脑囊虫治愈率高、效果稳定.%To investigate the efficacy of different praziquantel in treating cerehral cysticecosis, the patients with cerebral cysticercosis was divided into two groups. Total dose of praziquantel in each period of treatment in group one was given 310 mg/kg during 7 days, three times a day, for 5 courses and 3 months interval period. Total dose of praziquantel in group two was given 180 mg/kg, same program as group one. The evaluation of curative effect was on the basis of index of clinical symptom, iconography and immunology. The results showed that cure rate , obvious effective rate and total effective rate were 47. 1％ , 50. 6 and 97. 6％ in group one , and 25. 7％ , 57. 1％ and 82. 8％ in group two respectively. Statistical significant differences were observed in the two groups ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). It was illustrated that the cure rate of cerebral cysticercosis by taking high dose of praziquantel orally, and multiple course and intermittent treatment not only was high but also effect was stable.
