Two collection methods, the CO2 lamp-trapping and the men-net-bait, were taken to study the population composition of mosquitoes in Beiwan area, the lower reaches of the Erqis River. Aedes vexans was the predominant species among the 8 species of 4 genera distributed in this area. The effectiveness of the two collection methods showed no significant difference on mosquito species captured and species composition in different habitats, but the number of mosquitoes captured was different, implying that the CO2 lamp-trapping is alternative and reliable on the research of mosquitoes population composition.%分别采用人帐诱法和CO2灯诱法对新疆北湾地区不同生境的蚊虫种类组成及构成进行调查并对两种调查方法进行比较.新疆北湾地区蚊虫种类有4属8种,刺扰伊蚊为各种生境优势蚊种,米赛按蚊、里海伊蚊、背点伊蚊以及凶小库蚊为常见种,环跗曼蚊、赫坎按蚊和尖音库蚊为少见种,不同生境蚊虫密度及种类组成不同;灯诱和人帐诱两种方法比较结果显示,两种方法捕获的蚊虫种类及在不同生境中的分布基本一致,但是不同方法捕获的蚊虫数量不同,种类构成比例也有一定变化.研究表明CO2灯诱法也可作为蚊虫种类组成及构成的调查方法.
