N/P比调节对小球藻净化渗滤液效能的影响

     

摘要

This paper dealt with the effect of lowering N/P ratio on the purification of landfill leachate by Chlorella pyrenoidosa.The results indicated that lowering N/P ratio in leachate could improve algae growth regardless in high or low concentration of leachate.The growth rate of algal population and the purification effects of COD,ammonia and heavy metals increased with the decrease of N/P ratio.The toxic test of Brassia chinensis seeds showed that lowering N/P ratio could reduce the toxicity of leachate to the seeds by the increase of algal growth rate.This suggested that adding phosphate into leachate is an useful approach to purify leachate by algae.%以蛋白核小球藻作为实验材料,研究N/P比例调节对藻类净化渗滤液效能的影响,通过一系列不同N/P比例的渗滤液小球藻培养试验,结果表明,下调渗滤液中的N/P比例促进了小球藻的生长,其种群增长率随N/P的降低而增加,从而提高了对COD,NH4-N和重金属的吸收净化效果.小白菜种子的发芽试验也表明,小球藻对渗滤液毒性的去除效果也随N/P比例的降低而提高.建议在渗滤液的藻类净化过程中,根据渗滤液的理化性质,适当补充P从而提高其净化效果.
