传统与被动自锁托槽扭转性能的有限元分析

         

摘要

目的 运用三维有限元分析方法,分析传统托槽与被动自锁托槽扭转性能的差异.方法 建立HX(国产传统系列)、 MUT(3M Mini Uni Twin传统系列)、3M(3M被动自锁系列)、DamonQ(Ormco被动自锁系列)托槽及相应弓丝的三维有限元模型,模型装配后进行网格划分,参数设定,边界限定及力值加载,最后绘制力矩值图形进行分析.结果 托槽 相同时,扭转力矩值随弓丝尺寸增加而增加.弓丝尺寸相同时,HX 托槽所得扭转力矩值最大,其次分别为 MUT、3M、DamonQ.结论 托槽的扭转性能与槽沟长度、结扎方式、弓丝尺寸等关系密切.传统结扎方式托槽扭转性能明显高于被动自锁托槽,且DamonQ托槽的扭转性能最差.%Objective To analyze the torsion performance of conventional brackets and passive self-ligation braces by three dimensional finite element analysis method. Methods 3-D finite element models of the different braces (HX, MUT,3M,DamonQ)and the wire with different size were established firstly. On the basis of the group of ex-periment, assemble the models and mesh division. And then setup parameter and load power. At last we analyzed the data and draw graphs. Results The torsional torque value increase with the size of wire when using the same brace. The torque value from large to small lined up for MBT,MUT,3M,DamonQ when assembling the same arch wire. Conclusion The torsion property of braces have close relationship with the length of groove, the ligation method and the arch wire size. The torsion performance of traditional ligation braces is significantly higher than the passive self-locking braces, and DamonQ braces' torsional performance is the worst.
