Micro-CT用于分析种植体周围骨小梁情况及相应ROI选择的初探

         

摘要

初探微计算机断层扫描技术(Micro-CT)分析种植体周围骨小梁情况,介绍运用特定的感兴趣区域(ROI)选择办法,对比分析不同时期种植体-骨界面骨结合情况.实验动物为8只雄性Beagle犬,将每只犬双侧下颌第3、4前磨牙微创拔除,牙龈翻瓣后选择相应拔牙窝的合适位置即刻植入种植体(规格为长度10.0 mm,直径3.8 mm)各1颗.术后4周,随机处死4只实验犬,其余4只于种植术后8周时处死,术后4周及8周共有32枚种植体样本,运用Micro CT扫描,使用特定ROI选择方法进行分析研究对比.结果显示术后4周与8周种植体周围骨密度及骨小梁数目、厚度、形态等方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).本实验运用的选择ROI方法客观、合理、有效,最终ROI分析结果符合传统骨愈合及种植体-骨结合理论,为临床种植学研究提供了指导.%Microcomputed tomography(Micro-CT) was used to analyze the situation of trabecular bone around the implant,and the specific region of interest(ROI) selection method was used to analyze the osseointegration of implant-bone interface in different periods.Eight male Beagle dogs were used in this experiment.The bilateral mandibular third and fourth premolars were removed by minimally invasive operation,After the gingival flap.The implant (10.0 mm in length and 3.8 mm in diameter) was implanted in appropriate location immediately.Four experimental dogs were randomly assigned at 4 and 8 weeks postoperatively.A total of 32 implant samples were obtained.Micro CT scans were performed using the specific ROI selection method of this experiment,and the final results were compared.Compared 4 weeks with 8 weeks,BV/TV,IS,Tb.Th,Tb.N,BS/BV,Tb.Pf,SMI,Po were all displayed significantly difference (P < 0.05).The ROI method in this experiment was objective,reasonable and effective.The results of the final ROI analysis consistent with the traditional bone healing and implant-bone-binding theory,which provided guidance for clinical implant research.
