脐静脉血流动力学模拟及装置设计

         

摘要

Objective The hemodynamic environment of umbilical vein have the crucial role in fetal growth and development. A device can simulate the umbilical vein venous pressure and fluid shear stress experiment at the same time is needed in in vitro study of biological function of umbilical vein. Methods Parallel plate model was used for structural optimization to simulate the fluid shear stress of umbilical vein. An airtight storage tank was used to simulate venous pressure. Results Mechanics calculation found that the device could effectively simulate the fluid shear stress and venous pressure exactly as in the umbilical vein. Conclusion The device can be used to study the biomechanical characteristics of the umbilical vein endothelial cells in vitro under dynamic environment.%目的脐静脉内的血流动力学环境对胎儿的生长发育起至关重要的作用,体外研究脐静脉的生物功能需要可以同时模拟脐静脉内流体切应力和静脉压力的实验装置。方法利用双层平行平板模型进行结构优化,模拟脐静脉流体切应力;利用密闭储液罐模拟静脉压力。结果通过力学模拟效果计算发现,该装置可以有效模拟脐静脉内的流体切应力及静脉压力。结论该实验装置达到了初步模拟脐静脉内血流动力性环境的目的,可用于体外研究脐静脉内皮细胞的生物力学特性变化。
