4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯基维甲酸酯固体分散体的制备和体外溶出度观察

         

摘要

目的 应用固体分散技术,提高4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯基维甲酸酯(ATPR)的体外溶出度.方法 以Lutrol F68为载体,采用溶剂-熔融法制备不同比例的ATPR固体分散体,使用差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析药物在固体分散体中的存在状态,并观察固体分散体的体外溶出度.结果 不同比例的ATPR-Lutrol F68固体分散体均能明显促进药物的溶出,载体比例越高,药物溶出越快.结论 制备ATPR固体分散体可以提高其体外溶出度.%Objective To improve the dissolution in vitro of 4-amino-2- trifluoromethyl-phenyl retinate( ATPR )by preparing its solid dispersions. Methods ATPR solid dispersions were prepared by solvent-melting method . and Lutrol F68 were used as carrier. The distribution of ATPR in carrier was determined by using differential scanning calorimentry( DSC ). The dissolution rate in vitro of the solid dispersions was also detected. Results The dissolution rate in vitro test demonstrated that all the ATPR-Lutrol F68 solid dispersions could remarkably improve the dissolution rate of ATPR and higher carrier-ATPR ratio .which could led to faster drug dissolution. Conclusion The ATPR-Lutrol F68 solid dispersions could increase the dissolution rate in vitro of ATPR.
