增韧型硼酚醛RFB树脂的性能研究及应用

         

摘要

把耐高温、耐烧蚀和洁净阻燃的THC系列硼酚醛树脂,通过与橡胶进行化学反应,得到一种新型聚合物——RFB增韧型硼酚醛树脂,RFB树脂同时具有耐高温、耐烧蚀、阻燃、增韧和防中子射线等5项功能.该树脂既可单独使用,又可作为环氧树脂固化剂.这种酚醛一环氧一橡胶三元体系,可产生交互反应,形成配比可调、性能各异的无数产物,使之自由过渡,打破了热固性、热塑性、酚醛、环氧和橡胶一系列的固有概念,使高分子科学进入了功能化时代.%A new toughened-type RFB boron phenolic resin was prepared through reacting of the rubber and the THC series boron phenol resin with high temperature resistance,ablation resistance and clean flame retardance.The RFB boron phenolic resin has five functions:high temperature resistance,ablation resistance,flame retardance,toughness and neutron ray protection.The RFB resin not only can be used solely,but also used as the epoxy resin curing agent.The ternary system of phenolic resin-epoxy resin-rubber can generate their chemical interactions to forme various products with different performance by adjusting their weight ratio,and the inherent boundaries between thermoset and thermoplastic,or phenolic resin,epoxy resin and rubber are broken,which possibly will lead the polymer science to come to the era of functionalization.
