环保型聚丙烯酸酯锂电池胶粘带的研究

         

摘要

采用反应型乳化剂和疏水性单体制备了耐高温、耐电解液的环保型聚丙烯酸酯胶粘剂, 讨论了软硬单体配比和功能单体用量对胶粘带性能的影响, 研究了其电化学还原及抗氧化性能.结果表明, 该胶粘剂可用于锂电池胶粘带, 在85℃/24 h的锂电池电解液环境中粘接性能良好.%An environmentally friendly polyacrylate adhesive with resistance to high temperature and electrolyte was prepared with the reactive emulsifier and hydrophobic monomers. The effects of the ratio of soft and hard monomer and the functional monomer amount on the properties of adhesive tape were discussed. The electrochemical reduction and oxidation resistance of the PSA were investigated, the results show that the adhesive can be used in the lithium battery adhesive tape, and the bonding performance is good in the electrolyte environment of lithium battery at 85℃/24 h.
