Existing crisis of education on public administration at starting type colleges is divided into crisis of identity,employment,status and construction.Therefore,there will be only one way to exist for colleges,namely a special feature construction.It means that colleges construct public administration dependently,scientifically,carefully and realistically.%＂起步型＂院校行政管理本科教育面临生存危机,主要表现为认同危机、就业危机、地位危机和建设危机。＂起步型＂院校只有坚持独立的、创新的指导思想,以自身现实作为根本的出发点,结合院校特点和社会需求,才能创造性地开辟出一条生存、发展之路,即特色建设。特色建设应当坚持实事求是、科学建设、谨慎对待以及适当建设的原则。特色建设的层次定位要合适,特色点选择要恰当,特色建设的方案制定要科学,实施要完整、彻底。
