采用两步包埋法在 Cf/SiC复合材料表面制备了 ZrB2-SiC/SiC 超高温陶瓷涂层。借助SEM、XRD对涂层的微观结构及物相组成进行了分析研究,并进行了高温静态氧化和热震测试。研究表明,1500°C氧化5 h后,涂层表面覆盖有平整的玻璃相氧化层,氧化失重率为6.4%;热震测试10次后涂层的氧化失重率为14%。ZrB2-SiC/SiC涂层能有效提高Cf/SiC复合材料的高温抗氧化性能。%In order to improve the oxidation resistance of Cf/SiCcompositematerial inhigh temperature, ZrB2-SiC/SiC ultrahigh temperature ceramic coating was prepared by two-step pack cementation on the surface of Cf/SiCcomposites. Firstly, the SiC transition coating was prepared by pack cementation at 1800°C for 2 h, and then the ZrB2-SiC coating was prepared by pack cementation at 1900°C for 2 h. The composition and structure of the coating were studied by using XRD and SEM,then the anti-oxidationproperties of the coating were tested.It was found that ZS41 endured oxidation at 1500°C for 2 h and 10 thermal shock cycles between 1500°C and room temperature,the weight loss is 6.4% and 14%, respectively. Themicro morphology of the coatingis good , which indicated that theZrB2-SiC/SiC coatings can effectively improved anti-oxidation and thermal shock resistance of Cf/SiCcomposites.
