In order to solve the issues of low color yield and poor fineness in silk digital ink-jet printing,three pastes were chosen to pre-treat the fabric,and the effects of the different sizing pastes on the digital ink-jet printing of silk were compared.The results show that surface color yield of silk pre-treated by ACD and PR-3 are obviously higher than that pre-treated by sodium alginate,and the color yield of silk pre-treated by PR-3 is the highest.The fineness of silk pre-treated by PR-3 is obviously higher than that pre-treated by ACD and sodium alginate.After the thickener TY is compounded with pastes ACD and PR-3 to pre-treat the fabrics,that the apparent color yield and deletion rate improve significantly.%为解决真丝绸数码印花得色量低、精细度差等问题,选取 3 种糊料对真丝织物进行预处理,比较不同上浆糊料对真丝绸数码印花效果的影响.结果表明:糊料 PR-3 、ACD 预处理的真丝织物的表观得色量明显高于海藻酸钠,且糊料 PR-3 得色量最高;糊料 PR-3 预处理的真丝织物的精细度明显高于 ACD、海藻酸钠等糊料;采用增稠剂 TY 与糊料 ACD、PR-3 进行复配对真丝织物进行预处理后,其表观得色量、脱糊率均有明显提升.
