经皮主动脉瓣膜植入术可作为重度主动脉狭窄外科手术治疗高危患者的备选治疗方案。心血管影像在经皮主动脉瓣膜植入术的成功实施中起着重要作用。超声心动图是观察患者瓣膜结构的一线影像学检查。多层螺旋CT可以清晰地显示主动脉根部结构，准确测量主动脉瓣环直径，对于植入瓣膜的选择有重要意义。心脏磁共振能提供患者心脏结构、功能及组织特征信息，可作为其他影像学检查的补充。同时，影像融合与3D打印技术近年来发展迅速，有望进一步提高经皮主动脉瓣膜植入术的成功率。%Transcatheter aortic valve implantation is emerging as an alternative for the treatment of patients with severe aortic stenosis and high perioperative risk or contraindication of surgery.Medical imaging is of great importance in the planning, procedural guidance, and follow-up of the procedure.In detail, echocardiography is considered as the first-line modality in the assessment of valvular anatomy.Com-puted tomography is able to reliably visualize aortic root and provides a more accurate measurement of the dimension of the aortic annulus for the proper selection of prosthesis size.Magnetic resonance imaging allows detailed assessment of cardiac morphology, function, and tissue characteristic, which can be a good alternative to other imaging modalities.Image fusion and 3D printing are developing rapidly and have great potential to improve the outcome of the procedure.
