摘要

结合国内外发动机扭矩测量技术的发展动态,提出了一种新型高精度发动机扭矩测量技术方案.技术方案包括扭矩测量管理单元和扭矩测量传感器两部分,扭矩测量传感器采用非接触式光电脉冲进行扭矩测量,扭矩测量管理单元具备扭矩计算功能、扭矩测量功能和状态检测功能,同时通过调零调K技术提高扭矩测量精度,扭矩测量管理单元和扭矩测量传感器形成扭矩测量的余度设计.技术方案具备测量准确、抗电磁干扰能力强、任务可靠性高和安全性好的特点.%Combining with the development of engine torque measurement technology at home and abroad, this paper presents a new high-precision engine torque measurement technology scheme, The technical scheme includes torque measurement management unit and torque measurement sensor. The torque measurement sensor using non-contact photo electric pulse for torque measurement. The torque measurement management unit has torque calculation function torque measurement function and state detection function, it improves torque measurement accuracy through torque zeroing and K adjustment technology, The unit and the sensor form the redundancy design of torque measurement. The technical scheme has the characteristics of accurate measurement, strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability, high reliability and good security.
