介绍了轴承、齿轮、液压阀门、金属管道、自由曲面等几种典型机械零部件表面的电化学光整加工技术.根据航空飞行器性能要求,分析了电化学光整加工技术在航空飞行器特别是航空发动机方面的应用前景,以及需要解决的关键技术问题.%This paper introduces the electrochemical finishing of several components such as bearings, gears, hydrau-lic valves, metal pipes, free-form surfaces and so on. According to the requirements of aircraft performance, the application prospects of the electrochemical finishing technology in aircraft, especially in aeroengine, are discussed and the key technical problems to be solved are analyzed.
