飞机先进复合材料结构装配协调技术研究现状与发展趋势

         

摘要

先进复合材料自20世纪70年代就以比重小、强度高、疲劳性能好等优点在飞机中得到应用,大型客机大量采用先进复合材料结构已经成为航空领域发展的重要态势.随着先进复合材料在新机结构上应用比例的大幅度提高,更多的复材装配协调与应力控制的问题因此产生,复材构件装配协调与应力控制技术已成为我国飞机制造的关键技术之一.在总结先进复合材料装配协调技术研究现状的基础上,分析了飞机先进复合材料装配协调、应力控制技术的发展趋势,以对我国飞机先进复合材料装配协调理论与技术提供借鉴.%Composite structures are widely used in various engineering applications such as airplane wings, heli-copter blades as well as many others in the aerospace, mechanical, and civil industries. Due to the outstanding engineering properties, such as high strength/stiffness to weight ratios, the laminated composites are likely to play a remarkable role in the design of various engineering type structures and partially replace the conventional isotropic structures. Research em-phasis has been on the design and fabrication of composite detail parts, with considerably less attention to the quality issues in their subsequent assembly. Interest in the assembly analysis of composite parts has led to a need for intensive research especially in the case of fabrication deviations. The paper aims to give a comprehensive survey of advanced composite ma-terials assembly methodologies and practices. And the problems and challenges for future research on advanced composite materials assembly are discussed.
